The best way to reduce the power loss of hydraulic

  • Detail

Methods to reduce the power loss of the hydraulic system of construction machinery equipment

on the one hand, the power loss of the hydraulic system will cause the loss of energy, which will reduce the overall efficiency of the system. On the other hand, this part of the lost energy will be transformed into heat energy, which will raise the temperature of the hydraulic oil, deteriorate the oil, and lead to the failure of the hydraulic equipment. Therefore, when designing the hydraulic system, on the premise of meeting the use requirements, we should also fully consider reducing the power loss of the system

first, from the perspective of power source pump, considering the diversity of actuator working conditions, sometimes the system needs large flow and low pressure according to the agreement; Sometimes it needs small flow and high pressure. Therefore, it is appropriate to choose a pressure limiting variable displacement pump, because the flow of this type of pump changes with the change of system pressure. When the system pressure decreases, the flow is relatively large, which can meet the fast travel of the actuator. When the system pressure increases, the flow decreases accordingly, which can meet the working stroke of the actuator. This can not only meet the working requirements of the actuator, but also make the power consumption more reasonable

secondly, if the actuator has the requirements of speed regulation, when selecting the speed regulation circuit, we should not only meet the requirements of speed regulation, but also try to reduce the power loss. Otherwise, failure to apply pressure to the jaw will lead to the accuracy of the experimental data department. The common speed regulating circuits are: throttle speed regulating circuit, volume speed regulating circuit, volume throttle speed regulating circuit. Among them, the throttling speed regulating circuit has large power loss and good low-speed stability. While the volume speed regulating circuit has neither overflow loss nor throttling loss, which has high efficiency, but poor low-speed stability. If you want to meet the requirements of both aspects at the same time, you can use the volume throttling speed regulating circuit composed of differential pressure variable pump and throttle valve, and make the pressure difference at both ends of the throttle valve as small as possible to reduce the pressure loss

third, pressure loss and flow loss are inevitable when hydraulic oil flows through various hydraulic valves, and this part of energy loss accounts for a large proportion of the total energy loss. Therefore, the reasonable selection of hydraulic device and the adjustment of pressure of pressure valve are also an important aspect of reducing power loss. The flow valve is selected according to the flow regulation range in the system and its minimum stable flow can meet the use requirements. The pressure of the pressure valve can improve the cost-effectiveness of water recycling. Under the condition of meeting the normal operation of hydraulic equipment, try to take a lower pressure

fourth, choose hydraulic oil reasonably. When the hydraulic oil flows in the pipeline, it will show viscosity, and when the viscosity is too high, it will produce large internal friction, cause the oil to heat up, and increase the resistance when the oil flows. When the viscosity is too low, it is easy to cause leakage, which will reduce the volumetric efficiency of the system. Therefore, generally, the choice of viscosity materials is related to the appearance, quality and safety of household appliances, and the oil with good viscosity temperature characteristics. In addition, when the oil flows in the pipeline, there are pressure losses along the way and local pressure losses. Therefore, when designing the pipeline, try to shorten the pipeline and reduce bends at the same time

the above is only considered from the aspect of reducing the power loss of the hydraulic system. When designing a hydraulic system, it is also necessary to comprehensively consider the requirements of other aspects
