Stove is a combination of electricity and fire. Two seemingly incompatible plastids have been successfully controlled by the strongest human brain. Day after day, the editor has talked too much about the appearance, design, functions, selling points and other information of the product. For a change, let's talk about the necessary inspection process for the installation of the integrated stove: check whether there is air leakage in the integrated stove

step 1: remove the furnace frame and furnace head, gently place them aside, and screw out the screws fixing the water tray with a screwdriver

step 2: remove the ponding tray and lift the whole panel smoothly

turn on the air source and make sure that all the gas and electricity are connected. Next, we will start the formal air leakage inspection of the machine. There are two testing equipment: 1. Foam water; 2. Open flame

foam water: it is generally a mixed diluted liquid of water and detergent

apply foam water directly with a dipped brush on the interface between the assembly and the general air pipe, and the interface between the aluminum pipe (air distribution pipe) and the nozzle. Wait for 30 seconds to see if there are bubbles, which appear quickly with the naked eye

open flame: generally alcohol + cotton, which can also be replaced by lighter. Touch the position of the interface gently, and obvious fire leakage occurs

attention! When there is air leakage, refuse to tighten it by hand. Please use a professional tool small wrench to tighten the interface with bubbles or open flames

after that, repeat the previous steps and wait for 30 seconds. If there are no bubbles or open flames, it means that the interface of the main gas pipe, the interface of the aluminum pipe (branch pipe) and the nozzle have been clamped and can be restored to normal use

if you have an integrated stove in your home, please remember to collect it in case of need
